Cancellation / No Show Policy

Purpose: Our practice aims to provide the highest quality of care to all our clients. With a limited number of appointment slots available each day, it becomes challenging to accommodate everyone if appointments are missed or canceled without sufficient notice. To ensure fairness and to maximize the availability of our services we have developed this policy.


No-Show: A no-show is defined as any scheduled appointment where the client does not arrive, or arrives more than 15 minutes late, without prior notification.

Late Cancellation: A late cancellation is defined as any scheduled appointment where the client does not provide at least 24 hours’ notice from the start time of their next appointment.

Cancellation / No-show Policy:

Clients are required to notify the practice at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Clients will be charged a late cancellation fee as outlined below:

        • 60 min session: $75
        • 30 min session: $40

Please notify your therapist or assistant if you will be late to your session. Providers will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. If the client does not arrive within this time frame, the appointment will be considered a no-show. The client will be charged the full session rate as a no-show fee. Every client will be allowed one no-show without a fee due to emergencies and unforeseen circumstances. The provider will record the no-show date in the client’s chart.

Repeated no-shows may result in the client being required to prepay for future sessions. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse service to clients with a history of multiple cancellations or no-shows.
