- Online Gaming Accounts: Username and related information, if relevant to therapy.
We collect this information through phone, email, and during virtual sessions on Zoom for Healthcare.

- Using a secure EMR system called Guardian EMR.
- Utilizing Zoom for Healthcare, which is PIPEDA compliant and end-to-end encrypted.
- Implementing strict privacy settings and staff policies for online game platforms and other tools used in therapy.
Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. Health information collected from minors is required by OT regulations to be securely stored until they are 18 years of age plus 10 years.
Access and Correction of Personal Information
Clients and legal guardians may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting us at heidiwatsonot@gmail.com. We will respond to such requests following applicable privacy laws, typically within 7 business days.
Changes to Privacy Policy
