We collect personal information about our clients in order to provide our virtual occupational therapy services. This includes:

  • Information about the client’s Roblox account (such as username)
  • We collect this information through our phone, email, and during virtual sessions on
  • Zoom for Healthcare and Roblox.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we have a cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you provide us with more than 24 hours notice, there will be no charge for cancellation or rescheduling.

However, if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, we charge a $25 cancellation fee. If you do not show up for your appointment and do not give us any prior notice, we charge a $50 no-show fee.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse service to clients with a history of multiple cancellations or no-shows.
